My work is rooted in a lifelong love of plants/gardening and a deep curiosity about how nature heals. Through photography, I capture moments with the same intention I bring to working with medicinal plants—presence, observation, and respect for the living world. Developing nourishing tea recipes is a natural extension of this practice, blending beauty and healing into something both seen and felt.
